PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
Sacred Space USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Danielle Heise, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through SacredSpaceUSA.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us.
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, subject, and the contents of your message.
- Community Newsletter sign-up: the contact details requested on the sign-up form (such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number), your subscription preferences, and a record of your consent to receive emails and text messages (such as the date, time, and form used). Our GoHighLevel system also records whether our emails and texts are delivered, opened, or clicked, and your replies and opt-out requests.
- Direct communications: anything you send by email, phone, text, or social media, including any details you choose to share about bookings, events, or questions.
Please do not include sensitive medical or health information, payment card numbers, or government ID numbers in forms or messages. We do not need them to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time spent, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is collected using cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, remember preferences, protect against spam, understand how the Site is used, and, where enabled, support marketing. We use or embed the following types of services:
- Google Tag Manager and related Google analytics or advertising tags, which help us measure traffic and Site performance.
- Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and interaction data, which is sent to Google and subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms.
- YouTube embedded videos, which may set cookies when you view or play a video, subject to Google’s policies.
- Social media links and plug-ins for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, which may collect information if you click them and are governed by those platforms’ own policies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Where we receive browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control, we honor them as required by applicable law.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your questions and requests, including inquiries about private bookings, workshops, classes, and gatherings;
- send our Community Newsletter and email and text messages with information about events, workshops, special offers, and expos, if you have subscribed;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- understand Site usage and measure the effectiveness of our content and outreach;
- prevent spam, fraud, and abuse, and enforce our Terms; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, our customer relationship management (CRM) and email and text-message marketing platform, GoHighLevel (also known as HighLevel or LeadConnector), which also powers our newsletter sign-up form and stores the contact information of our subscribers, form-handling and anti-spam tools, and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our visitors, the public, or us.
- Business transfers, if Sacred Space USA is sold, merged, or transferred, in which case your information may be transferred to the new owner under this Policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.
5. Email and Text Message Marketing
If you subscribe to our Community Newsletter, you agree to receive marketing emails and, if you provide your mobile number and opt in, text (SMS/MMS) messages from us about events, workshops, special offers, expos, and sound healing information. We use GoHighLevel to store your contact information, manage your subscription, and send these messages. GoHighLevel and our email and text delivery providers may record whether messages are delivered, opened, or clicked, as well as your replies and opt-out requests.
- Mobile information and consent. If you give us your mobile number and consent to texts, we collect and store your number and a record of your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our messaging platform and customer-support providers. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Opting out. Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in any email. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You may also contact us directly. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Non-promotional messages. Even if you unsubscribe, we may send non-promotional messages, such as replies to your inquiries or a confirmation of your opt-out.
6. Third-Party Sites
The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to read their policies.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to respond to you, maintain our newsletter list until you unsubscribe, satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no website or electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information at your own risk.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, New Jersey, Florida, California, or other states with privacy laws), you may have rights to:
- know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your personal information;
- obtain a copy of your information in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling (we do not sell or share your information for these purposes); and
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise any right, email Dani@SacredSpaceUSA.com or call 848-377-1611. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word “Appeal,” and we will respond within the time required by law. We honor these rights for all visitors, whether or not a particular law requires it.
California residents: In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as name, email address, mobile phone number, and IP address) and internet activity information (such as pages viewed) from the sources and for the purposes described above, and we have not sold or shared personal information. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, you may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we make no such disclosures.
Visitors outside the United States: The Site is operated in the United States and is intended for U.S. visitors. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country. Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) applies, we process personal information based on your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and promoting our business, and legal obligations, and you may have additional rights, including the right to object, restrict processing, and complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as a notice on the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
