Quantum Wellness is hosting another special sound healing circle. Come ready for an afternoon of meditation, while you enjoy a sound bath meditation using 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, along with healing instruments to help you destress, rejuvenate, relax, and deeply meditate.

• Hosted by Dani Heise, take the opportunity to develop your plan to implement your next steps for the new year, while reflecting on this year as it concludes.

• You may wear comfortable clothing and you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, eye mask, and blanket to get comfortable with!
