Join Nicoli for nature inspired meditative movement, a relaxing stretch, breath work, and moments of stillness in a yin sequence suitable for all levels to unwind from the work week while Dani guides a soothing sound bath. The two practices simultaneously allow for a reset mind, body and soul!

What is sound bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice itself. The benefits include deep relaxation, a sense of peace in the body and mind, improved sleep, heightened awareness, clarity of mind, enhanced creativity, increased immunity, and calming of the entire nervous system.

In this moment of simultaneous practices we can plant seeds for breakthroughs and be illuminated by the healing power of the snow full moon in cancer.  The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time – a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships. Deep and powerful shifts can take place and we can create positive change.
