When used properly, sound waves can promote a sensation of inner peace and acceptance while helping you destress, rejuvenate, relax, and deeply meditate.
While wearing headphones allow me to guide you through a 45-minute frequency calming session while you simply relax and close your eyes. It’s like a massage on a cellular level!
