Fall Women’s Retreat LBI 🍂 Sept 28th & 29th

Self care retreats are hosted every quarter at a private residence in Long Beach Island NJ. Over 2 days, 1 night. There is a mix of self-care, reflextion, journaling, movement, and exploration.  Small group. Fills up quickly.
