Dive into relaxation this summer with our pool sound bath! 🌊 Join us for our first Floating Journey in the Pool on 7/14 at 930am. Spaces fill up quickly, register below to reserve your spot and experience the magic of sound healing surrounded by nature. Don’t miss out on this unique and rejuvenating experience!

What should you bring besides your yoga mat & your friends!
Bring a pool float, beach chair, umbrella, yoga mat, blanket, a pillow, and any crystals you want to charge and whatever you need to be completely comfortable. The backyard has a patio and grass if you choose not to float in the pool, make sure you are cushioned.
A notebook and pen/pencil (many participants enjoy journaling after the breathwork and/or upon waking)
