Join us at Cedarvale Winery (on your mat) SUNDAY May 5th at 9:30AM as Dani, @energydani carries you through an morning of Tones N Stones.
Be gently whisked away on a sweet sound journey with breath work and guided meditation.
We will journey into a sound chamber of light and healing with magical crystal tones singing bowls.

Cost: $20

What should you bring besides your yoga mat & your friends!
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, a pillow or chair, and any crystals you want to charge and whatever you need to be completely comfortable. The floor is cement, make sure you are cushioned.
A notebook and pen/pencil (many participants enjoy journaling after the breathwork and/or upon waking)
