✨ Soulful Sounds at Cedarvale: A Sound Bath Experience ✨ On Sunday, January 12, from 930pm-1130AM Cedarvale Winery is hosting a very special event, a full moon sound healing circle. Come ready for a morning of full relaxation and enjoy a Sound Bath Meditation using 432 hz crystal singing bowls, alchemy bowls, and other healing instruments to help you destress, rejuvenate, relax, and deeply meditate.
During the full moon let go of all that no longer serves you and manifest your best life. While this lunation lasts, you will also be inspired to get things right.
Details:
- Hosted by Dani Heise, take the opportunity to develop your plan to implement your next steps for the New Year, while reflecting on 2024. Bring your list of what you would like to bring into your life in 2025!
- Cost: $20
- You may wear comfortable clothing and you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, eye mask, a beach or gravity chair, blanket, or pillow, and any crystals you want to charge and whatever you need to be completely cozy.
- A notebook and pen/pencil (many participants enjoy journaling after the breathwork and/or upon waking)
