What are sound baths?

Sound baths are an ancient healing technique that vibrates every cell in your body allowing you to experience the following benefits:

• Melt away tension and stress
• Go into a deep meditative trance without much effort
• Heal on a cellular level and release natural opioids for holistic pain relief
• Decrease anxiety and increase sleep wellness
• Unblock subconscious emotions to finally release old wounds

Sound is a powerful tool for relaxation. The sounds and vibrations used help activate the nervous system, allowing you to reduce stress, improve sleep, improve focus and unblock energy. When used properly, sound waves can promote an abundance of inner peace and acceptance. Dani will guide you through a healing session while you simply relax and close your eyes. It’s like a massage on a cellular level!

Come ready for an evening of full relaxation and enjoy a Sound Bath Meditation using 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments to help you destress, rejuvenate, relax, and deeply meditate.

What to expect:

• Introductions (5 mins)

• Guided Meditation/Sound Bath (55 mins)

• Share Session (15 mins)

• Come in and get settled in – either in a chair or on the floor with a yoga mat, comfy blankets, bolsters and pillows…

• Bring a notebook and pen/pencil (many participants enjoy journaling after the sound bath and/or upon waking)

• Leave feeling lighter and brighter

📍 Quantum Wellness is located in the historical Pluckemin district in Bedminster, NJ, our address is 327 US-202, Bedminster, NJ 07921. We are on the northbound side of the street next to The Hills Village Center, but not inside the village center 😉. The ceremony will take place in the back parking lot of Quantum Wellness. Please park your vehicles in the Kings shopping plaza, by Pancheros.
