What is sound bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice itself. The benefits include deep relaxation, a sense of peace in the body and mind, improved sleep, heightened awareness, clarity of mind, enhanced creativity, increased immunity, and calming of the entire nervous system.
