On Sunday, November 23rd, from 9:30–11:30 AM, join us for Grateful Stillness at Cedarvale Winery for a warm and restorative indoor sound bath experience. As we move deeper into autumn, this gathering is an invitation to cultivate gratitude, release the weight of the year, and prepare your spirit for the winter months ahead.

Immerse yourself in the calming frequencies of 432hz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments designed to help you find inner stillness, peace, and renewal.

Guided by Danielle Heise, this sound bath creates space to reflect on your blessings and bring your focus back to the heart, while gently restoring balance and calm.

Cost: $20

What to bring for comfort:

• Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or cozy wrap
• Chair or meditation cushion if preferred
• Crystals to charge with healing vibrations
• A journal and pen for post-meditation reflection
