Join us on Sunday, December 21st, from 9:30–11:30 AM at Cedarvale Winery in Logan Township, NJ for a powerful Winter Solstice Sound Bath Meditation. This special indoor event is designed to help you release, renew, and realign your energy as we move into the winter season.

The Winter Solstice marks the return of the light and it also offers a sacred time for reflection and intention-setting. Surrounded by the healing frequencies of 432hz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sound healing instruments, as a result you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation, stress release, and inner clarity.

Moreover, facilitated by sound healer Danielle Heise, this sound bath provides the perfect opportunity to:

• Reflect on the past year while embracing lessons learned
• Release what no longer serves your mind, body, or spirit
• Restore balance and harmony so you can enter the new season with peace
• Set meaningful intentions for the year ahead and beyond
