Each bowl is precisely tuned to vibrate at the exact frequency corresponding to the natural frequency of a healthy bodily organ or chakra. Through resonance, this literally tunes, harmonizes and restores the body’s natural, healthy state of being. Curated messages will be gifted to each participant.

No movement is involved, and no fitness level or previous experience is required. You simply lie back on a gravity chair whilst experiencing a variety of sound instruments played in certain ways, combinations, and sequences designed to address:
